Serious games, through strategies such as multi-sensory integration, cognitive-motor dual-task, adaptive design, and immersive scenario simulation-combined with technologies like virtual reality/augmented reality, artificial intelligence, and multimodal interaction-can improve mild cognitive impairment patients′ cognitive, motor, psychological, and social functions, while enhancing rehabilitation compliance.This article reviews the design strategies, technological applications, and effectiveness of se-rious games for patients with mild cognitive impairment.It proposes that future efforts should strengthen neuropsychological foundations and user-centered design, promote the blending of low-cost technologies and long-term clinical research, and facilitate the combination of serious games with multidimensional intervention strategies such as exercise and psychological therapies.
